We contacted this crematorium at short notice as our beloved pet cat was expected to be put to sleep by the vet the following day.  We spoke with Harry and he could not have been more accommodating so we were able to take her from the vet to Marley Hall the following day.   Harry met us on arrival and showed immediate empathy with our situation which dispelled any worries we had about the subsequent handling of our cat.  All arrangements were quickly made with us returning the next day to collect the ashes. This time we were met by Harry’s wife Angharad who was charming, warm hearted and a pleasure to deal with. The attention we received was first class which made an emotional situation bearable.  We cannot thank this lovely couple enough and recommend them without hesitation.

Harry and Angharad are the most compassionate, empathetic and understanding people who will help you through the difficult time of having to say a final goodbye to your beloved pet.  If you are looking for a place that will offer sensitivity, dignity and a truly personal service look no further. As you turn down the driveway you will feel s sense of calmness and peace. Angharad will explain everything to you, give you all the time you need to say your  goodbyes and you can rest assured you will be taking your precious pet home. I could not have taken my beloved Charlie girl anywhere better. I wholeheartedly recommend them to you at this heartbreaking and distressing time.

A truly wonderful and compassionate company. Our beloved cat Bramble was taken for cremation to Marley Hall. We were received by Harry. Bramble was placed in a peaceful, tasteful room where we were afforded time to say our last goodbyes.
Harry talked  us through the procedure in a respectful and courteous manner. Options were discussed but with no pressure to add extras.We picked Bramble’s ashes up later that week (same day is often available we were informed). I would not hesitate to recommend Marley Hall to those in the sad circumstance of losing a loved pet.

We cannot recommend Marley Hall highly enough. Angharad is warm, calm and very kind and it is very clear that she is a true animal lover.  We took our lovely old spaniel in on Sunday and greatly appreciated being able to bring her home the next day. When we were there Angharad offered us water and tissues then left us to say our last goodbyes in the farewell room - we did not feel rushed in any way. It is a huge comfort to us to know that our girl was taken care of with compassion and dignity after her death just as she had been in life. We are so very grateful, thank you.
