We picked Nans ashes today again Tom was there to meet us and help us through these troubled times again showing kindness and empathy. Thank you Tom

Last weekend we said a final goodbye to Isa, our beloved dog of 11 years. Everyone at Marley Hall was professional and kind - Angharad on the phone, Tom on the saddest day on our lives, and Harry when picking up the ashes. There was a feeling of real compassion and care from all. I wholeheartedly recommend Marley Hall to those that have need of their services.

In the early hours of yesterday morning our beautiful, much loved 17 year old cat headed off over the rainbow bridge. Angharad and Harry have been amazing and made a tough time so much easier to bear. Domino was collected by Harry with very little notice and I was able to pop over to bring her back home today. It is such a comfort to have her back at home so.quickly. You rarely see 5 star ratings across the board but the service provided here is incredible, the place is beautiful and they are absolutely deserving of such praise. Thank you.

From the first contact with Angharad we received the most empathetic and supportive care. She explained the process in a caring way. On the day we took our beloved dog, on entering the premises there was a very peaceful and calming atmosphere. We spent time saying goodbye with no pressure to leave. We collected the ashes the following day (as we arrived late Monday afternoon) the box was beautifully finished and considering the circumstances the experience was lovely. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were devastated when our 12 year old cat Minnie died suddenly before Christmas. We wanted her cremated and this place did so with care and dignity. Tom gave us the space we needed when we arrived and was helpful throughout the afternoon. Would very much recommend this place.

My dear old cat passed on Saturday night, and even though it was after 8 on a bank holiday weekend Angharad answered the phone, arranged for me to take my cat in at half past ten on a Sunday morning and made the process so easy and comforting. The facilities are top notch and there is a beautiful space for you to say goodbye to your beloved pet. When I collected his remains there was a beautiful card with a thoughtful and personal message in it alongside a beautiful and biodegradable container with the remains. I cannot fault any aspect of what they do, and I am so very grateful that they were available to take care of my boy's needs. One last time. Bless you for your kindness, it made all the difference for us.

Although we knew the day was coming when we'd have to say goodbye to our furry boy as he'd been ill for a while, nothing prepares you for the actual day. We'd already spoken with Angharad and planned as much as we could in readiness. Throughout, Angharad was a pleasure to deal with, providing detailed information and putting our minds at ease in relation to the process - especially the fact that they only carry out individual cremations. Despite being late Sunday evening, Angharad still travelled down to collect him and then returned him home on Tuesday. We thoroughly recommend Angharad and Marley Hall. No longer by our side, but forever in our hearts.
