This is a beautiful family-run business that I cannot recommend highly enough.Due to failing health, we were forced to make the heartbreaking decision to cross our beautiful old boy over the bridge. Vinnie was a 16-year-old Yorkshire terrier who had chosen us as his humans when he was only 14 weeks old.The calming and loving words that Angarhad wrote in her email when I inquired about the process made me realize that I had made the right decision in approaching Marley Hall for Vinnie's final journey.We were met by Harry, on the final day, who was compassionate and understanding, and it was clear that he truly cared for Vinnie. He took the time to explain the process and made sure we had all the time we needed to say goodbye. I cannot fault Marley Hall at all. For what is such an upsetting and delicate job, they carry it out with the utmost care, respect and love. The crematorium is set in the most tranquil and beautiful countryside and immediately makes you feel relaxed just being there. Between having our doggo put to sleep and receiving her back in a beautiful casket was less than 30 hours and we live approximately 60 miles from Marley Hall so the turnaround was unbelievable and made a difficult time that much easier - especially as they collected her from the vets for us. Harry, Angharad and Tom were friendly, respectful and just the right amount of sympathetic without making us feel as though we were being pitied. I cannot recommend Marley Hall enough and will go nowhere else should I require this type of service in the future. I can't thank them enough.

We understand that organising transport can be yet another difficult thing to think about when your pet passes away. We’re proud to support families across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire who are searching for a supportive pet crematorium nearby, which is why we offer a free collection service within a five-mile radius of our location in Ledbury, and further afield for a fee. Whether you need us to collect your pet from a veterinary practice in Evesham or arrange a pick-up from your home in Kidderminster, we’re here to help you through this tough time.

Can you help coordinate if I choose to have my dog put to sleep at home?

Making the decision to say goodbye to your dog is one of the kindest, yet most challenging acts of love you can make for your companion. Many families find great comfort in choosing a gentle, peaceful passing at home instead of a visit to a veterinary surgery, so to help make this difficult time a little easier, we work closely with caring local mobile veterinary teams, such as Paws to Sleep. Once your beloved companion has peacefully passed away in their favourite spot, we can arrange to collect them from your home, taking the stress off your shoulders so you can focus on being with your family.

I’ve never done this before. What do pet ashes look like, and how much will I receive?
